I had the pleasure to invite Olla to run a series of short workshops as a part of a Culture month at Amazon Web Services, Berlin. Our focus was to strengthen our culture and ensure that diversity and inclusion principles are well understood and accepted. Olla was exceptionally customer centric and spent extra time to ensure that we get the right content and stay engaged throughout the series.
We had BeamReach Inclusion with us for a training on inclusive leadership. From the beginning Olla was extremely engaged and even before the training we had several meetings to discuss what areas we should focus on. The training was a great learning experience. We had a high attendance throughout the training as Olla provides a great environment to learn, challenge yourself and have fun.
